Baby Yoga

Led by a fully qualified yoga teacher, with additional qualifications in yoga for babies.

Time for baby: using a range of massage, movement and music we will help our babies experience their new physical world. These fun exercises will help promote bonding with your baby as well as allowing each child to develop their unique physical capabilities. Many of the massage and movement techniques can be used at home to help alleviate common conditions such as colic, or promote good sleep patterns.

Time for mum: It's not just about baby. This is your time to start repairing and healing your own body with gentle movements specifically directed at the early post-natal body. Each session will end with a relaxation for you and baby, promoting a sense of well-being, bonding and nurture that you can carry with you for the rest of the day.

Please don't worry about babies' need to feed, sleep, have nappy changes and all the other stuff that goes along with having a baby. We have all been there, so you're in good company.

After the class you are welcome to stay for tea and cake in the comfort of Paprika coffee shop.
